Dr. Kanchana Silva Wimaladharma
Chairman
Attorney-at-Law | PhD | Counselling Psychologist

Dr. Kanchana Silva Wimaladharma is an accomplished legal professional, judicial officer, academic, and public administrator with extensive experience spanning law, counselling psychology, public administration, and institutional leadership.

A First Class Honours graduate of the Sri Lanka Law College and currently a Counsel of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, Dr. Wimaladharma serves as Senior Judge of the Industrial Court of Sri Lanka and Member (Judge) of the Board of Maintenance for Elders.

His academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Colombo, an MSc and MPhil in Integrated Water Resources Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya, and both a Master’s and PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Kelaniya. He also brings over two decades of professional experience as a Counselling Psychologist.

Throughout his distinguished public service career, Dr. Wimaladharma has held senior executive and advisory roles across several key government ministries and national institutions, including the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI), National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), Rubber Research Institute, and the National Institute of Plantation Management.

He currently serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the Universities of Kelaniya and Peradeniya and is the Founding Chairman of the IPI Institute.

Dulan Mahesh Suraweera
Chief Executive Officer

Dulan Mahesh Suraweera is a technology driven business executive with extensive international experience spanning computer science, Electronic & Telecommunication, strategic marketing, operations, logistics, and business development. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads the organization’s strategic direction, technological advancement, and long-term operational growth.

His professional journey reflects diverse cross-industry exposure across both local and international environments. He has gained experience in logistics and sales operations in Saudi Arabia, contributed to telecommunication/Data communication operations within the Sri Lanka Ports Authority, and held IT administrative and operational roles across several private sector organizations in Sri Lanka.

Further strengthening his global industrial exposure, Dulan has also been involved with Northvolt in Sweden, contributing within a large-scale gigafactory environment focused on advanced lithium-ion battery manufacturing and sustainable energy technologies. This experience has provided him with valuable insight into high-performance industrial systems and innovation-driven production environments

Dr. Aruna Dilshan Jayarathne is an IT and ERP Consultant with over 24 years of experience helping organizations design, implement, and optimize technology-driven business solutions. He currently serves as an IT & ERP Consultant with Techlogic Solutions LLC, Oman, collaborating with Orion IT in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Ireland to deliver ERP implementation, digital transformation, and business process optimization services.

Dr. Jayarathne specializes in ERP consulting, solution architecture, project management, business process re-engineering, and digital transformation. He has successfully supported organizations across the Middle East and Europe, helping them improves operational efficiency, modernizes business processes, and achieves their strategic objectives through innovative and effective technology solutions.

His expertise spans ERP implementation and support, business process re-engineering, financial and budget management, change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. He has translated complex business requirements into practical techno-functional specifications, guided organizations through system integrations and user training, and kept technology strategy closely connected to operational goals.

Based in Sri Lanka with a career spanning the region and overseas, Dr. Jayarathne continues to help businesses navigate digital transformation with a practical, results-oriented approach.

Niranjan Kiruparatnam

Niranjan Kiruparatnam is a seasoned business consultant with over 30 years of experience across banking, finance, insurance, humanitarian, and business consulting sectors. He specializes in business turnaround, organizational restructuring, strategic planning, and financial advisory, helping organizations improve performance and achieve sustainable growth.

He has worked with leading financial institutions including Seylan Bank, Pramuka Merchant Bank, Union Bank, DFCC Vardhana Bank, and National Development Bank (NDB), gaining strong expertise in credit management, banking operations, risk assessment, and corporate finance.

He currently serves as a Senior Business Consultant/ Business Turnaround & Strategic Advisory Specialist at IPI, where he supports strategic initiatives and provides advisory input for business development, operational improvement, and organizational transformation. Prior to this, as a Business Turnaround Consultant at Tri Consultants, he led complex organizational transformations, delivering strategies that improved operational efficiency, financial stability, and profitability. He has also served as a consultant to the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, supporting capacity-building initiatives for financial institutions across South Asia.

His international experience includes serving as Project Coordinator for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where he developed financial products and business models to support sustainable livelihoods. He has also contributed as a Part-Time Lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, mentoring professionals in finance and business management..

Suranga Ranasinghe

Suranga Ranasinghe is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of distinguished experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, including 14 years in the Middle East and 15 years in Sri Lanka with HSBC, where she held several senior management positions in operational risk management and leadership development.

Following an accomplished international banking career, she now serves as a corporate trainer and coach, dedicated to empowering professionals, entrepreneurs, young leaders, and aspiring individuals to achieve their goals through enhanced communication, leadership, and professional development.

Alongside her training career, she is deeply passionate about developing Sri Lanka’s inbound tourism sector by building strong partnerships with international travel stakeholders and promoting high-quality travel experiences.

Chathura Umagiliya

Chathura Umagiliya is an Attorney-at-Law and senior public sector administrator with over 20 years of experience in law, governance, and public administration in Sri Lanka. Since joining the Sri Lanka Administrative Service in 2006, he has served in key leadership roles, including Assistant Commissioner of Elections, Director of Industries (Sabaragamuwa Province), and senior executive positions in national institutions.

He is also an experienced educator and mentor in mathematics, intelligence development, and aptitude training, having guided thousands of students, as well as a numerology consultant and life coach focused on personal growth and financial success.

At the IPI Institute, he serves as Senior Lecturer & Strategic Advisor, contributing expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic education while conducting specialized programs in Numerology and Financial Success.

Sunethra Kumari

Sunethra Kumari is a certified beautician with over 21 years of professional experience. She currently serves as a lecturer at NAITA, teaching hair and beauty courses for the past two years. She also manages a successful chain of beauty salons and has worked as a beauty consultant and course instructor across multiple institutions, including the Central Provincial Council’s Women Affairs Unit, the Ministry of Central Provincial Education, the National Enterprise Development Authority, and Herb Line Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

In addition to training students in hair, beauty, and bridal services, she provides motivational guidance and consults for both public and private institutions. Awarded for excellence in bridal grooming and salon services, Sunethra combines hands-on expertise with mentorship to empower her students and professionals in the beauty industry.
